Alicia represents a girl who accuses a classmate of rape, a case that draws interest from the hacker group Anonymous, who, in turn, get the public talking about the trial. Meanwhile, Diane continues to go through the vetting process for a seat on the Illinois Supreme Court; and Kalinda grows suspicious of Robyn.

After an erratic and litigious client is murdered, Alicia learns that someone close to her may also be in danger; Mike Kresteva (Matthew Perry) and Peter vie for an important endorsement; Diane receives an offer.

Alicia questions the motives of the lawyer (Wallace Shawn) she is asked to work with on Lemond Bishop’s case; Kalinda trains a new investigator; Cary makes a move.

Office politics surface when Will and Diane face Alicia and Cary in a mock trial. Meanwhile, Eli tries to avoid losing his role in Peter’s campaign to Jordan, as he continues to fight the Justice Department.
